Distribution: Distribution of the participants was City-wide spanning all residential zip codes and council districts
Participants:
- 159 property owners participated (6 participants owned two or more properties)
- 167 buildings
- 207 dwelling units
Properties:
- 75% of the participating properties were single-family
- 25% of the participating properties were two, three, or four-family
- 8% of the participating properties were owned by income-eligible owners, qualifying them for more generous rebates.
Types of Projects and Financing:
Some of the non-RRP rebates may include GasNetworks, MassSave, and others.
